Small space will always cost less than a much larger space. If you frequently use your space, a larger space with well organised racking may be more convenient for you. Our team is able to make modifications to meet your specific needs we also offer additional services to help our business clients.

Always place a large heavy items that you can stack up at the rear of the unit and work towards the front with lighter and more fragile items. Always pack square items with each other and put soft furnishings and items that do not weigh very much on top of cartons. It makes sense to pack each carton that is the same size with each other as this creates a strong sturdy platform for the next layer of cartons. Don’t forget to leave some space as you open the roller door and make sure that the items that you’re going to access readily are near the front of the space.

Freezers, fridges and other white goods should always be dried and cleaned before being stored, otherwise mildew will soon grow. Keep the doors slightly ajar and wipe over with vanilla extract before storage, as this will help with odours. Do not store fridges on their backs and store all white goods the way they were intended vertically.

Any goods that are illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, hazardous, environmentally harmful, perishable or that are risk to the property of any person. Chlorine, acid, paint, petrol. We don’t store animals or people, there are other places for that!

Storage units are accessible 24/7, 365 days a year unless otherwise specified.

We ask for 2 weeks’ notice prior to moveout and if that is given and the unit is in a tidy state you will receive a full refund of rent that is prorated to the date you move out. Please remember to remove and take your padlock with you and we appreciate a call or email confirming that you have moved out. Please review our Refund Policy HERE

Your contract is on an ongoing monthly plan so you are welcome to stay as long as you need. Just remember when the time comes to give us at least 2 weeks’ notice by phone or email. We understand that your situation can change, so if you need to stay after the notified moveout date, please call the office as we may have pre booked someone else into the space and it will give us time to make other arrangements for them and happily keep you in your current space.
