If you’ll be visiting regularly, a slightly larger unit with room to move can make access much easier.

Our centres have 24/7 CCTV monitoring, alarms and unique PIN-code access. Only people with a valid code can get onto the site.

Yes. Units can be accessed 24/7, 365 days a year, unless your centre says otherwise. Office hours vary by location, so check your centre’s page if you need to speak with the team in person.

We offer courtesy move-in trailers to help you get your belongings to us. Our box shops also stock moving boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap and archive cartons, so you can pick up supplies when you move in.

No. Storage runs on an ongoing monthly plan, so you can stay as long as you need. When you’re ready to move out, give us at least two weeks’ notice. If the unit is left tidy, you’ll get a refund of any prepaid rent, prorated to your move-out date.

You can’t store anything illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, hazardous, environmentally harmful or perishable. That includes chlorine, acid, paint and petrol. Animals can’t be stored either.
